Start with the task and its due date. Add a note or link you will need when you return to it, and schedule a reminder if you need time to prepare.
Keep track of the task in the list or calendar, and change the date if your plans change. Mark it complete when you are done. Under “Completed”, you can find its details or reopen the task.
