Privacy in Frist
This page explains the information Frist uses when you visit the website and when you have an account.
When you visit the website
You do not need an account to read about Frist. A cookie remembers your language preference. The website does not include advertising or behavioral analytics.
Information in an account
An account uses your email address, language, timezone and email-reminder preference. Your deadlines contain a title, date, optional time, notes, attached links and completion status. Scheduled reminders and delivery status are also stored. The account is linked to the invitation that grants access.
Sign-in and service providers
WorkOS handles sign-in with Google or a one-time email code. Frist does not request access to your Google calendar or inbox. Supabase stores account data and deadlines. Essential cookies keep your sign-in session.
Email reminders
When a reminder is sent, Resend processes its recipient address and message content. Delivery status and any errors are stored so delivery can be followed up. Email delivery is still being tested.
Exporting and deleting your data
Settings let you export your account preferences, deadlines and reminders. Deleting the account removes those records from Frist and cancels pending reminders. Emails already delivered remain in the recipient’s inbox. Deletion in Frist does not automatically delete account information held by the sign-in service.
