Help with Frist

Practical answers about your account, deadlines and the information you save.

Who can sign in to Frist?

Sign-in has not opened here yet. Frist is being developed for Joakim and a small, invited group. If you already have an invitation and need access, contact Joakim.

Can I use the same account on several devices?

An account stores deadlines on the server and loads them when you open the same account on another device. The tracker checks for changes periodically and when you return to the tab. You can also refresh the page to load changes immediately.

Can I rely on email reminders yet?

Email reminders are still being tested, and delivery has not yet been verified. A scheduled time in Frist is therefore not a guarantee that a message will arrive. Keep another reminder for important deadlines while this is being tested.

What happens when I complete a deadline?

The deadline moves from the active view to “Completed”. Its notes and attached links are kept. You can reopen the task there if it was not finished after all. Check its reminders when reopening it.

What information is stored, and can I delete it?

An account stores your email address, language, timezone, deadlines, notes, links and scheduled reminders. You can export your information or delete the account in settings. Frist does not request access to your Google calendar or inbox.
